Sensational
food at sensible prices is what you will find at The Talbot Inn.
Our aim is to offer Michelin quality food in relaxed, informal
surroundings at prices that will encourage you back again. From
bar snacks and sandwiches to pub classics and a la carte menus
our food is simple yet sensational and absolutely all of it is
freshly prepared and cooked on site by our fantastic kitchen team.
Our highly accomplished head chef, Ian
Richards, who has moved with Reuben from the Horse & Groom
Inn in Wiltshire, continues to work under of the watchful eye
of Merchant Inns Michelin starred executive chef, Rob Clayton,
to produce delicious, seasonal dishes with a strong focus on locally
sourced produce. Look out for Deli Boards served on Saturdays,
made entirely from produce sold at the Farmer’s Market in
Ripley.

Food is served daily from 12.00 to 2.30pm
(12.00 to 3.00pm Saturday and Sunday) and 6.30 to 9.00pm Monday
to Thursday, and 6.30 to 9.30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. We
do not serve food on Sunday evenings.
